Craft Challenge!!

Are you ready!!!??

Take the Habeebee Homeschooling Children’s Crafts Challenge. In promoting family bonding and learning we decided to challenge all our readers out their to get involved with their children, students, and loved ones by being hands on!

Why take the challenge?  We, at Habeebee Homeschooling always remind parents that spending time with children and engaging them, has long lasting positive affects on them. A lot of times mothers and fathers need that extra pushed of motivation and inspiration when it comes to being creative. Taking the challenge will introduce parents to new ideas and give them that creative spark.

What are the rules?  The rules are easy! Join our facebook group and also click the follow button on our blog to follow along for each weeks crafty ideas inshaAllah. The crafts will start small and as more people join we will add to it, 2 arts and crafts activities for the week.  If you have a blog please add our button that says “I took the… Habeebee Homeschooling, Childrens Crafts Challenge” and comment here. After that its fair play 😉

We did our arts and crafts, what’s next?  Now take pics of what you made and write directions on how to make it then send them to us at belovedhomeschooling@gmail.com and we will feature them here on our blog, facebook, and twitter inshaAllah! Our intent is to inspire and motivate parents and have children learn through this process.

The starting date will be april 25th inshaAllah starts on monday and submissions by sunday..it will be that way for each week inshaAllah

April 25th– Water Themed Arts and Crafts

May 2nd- Flower Theme

May 9th- Jungle Theme

June 13th- Cooking

    What a great opportunity to teach children about cooking. My son loves to help me around the kitchen. Maybe we can do bread? Can it be any recipe or one in particular?

    Insha allah, my children and I would like to participate in this weeks challenge. We are new to the blog and have not participated in the previous challenges, is this okay? Also, were do we post the picture(s)

    I listened to an old recording of Muslim 360 on blog talk radio, I think it originally aired in April. Masha allah, what you are doing is great! The challenge promotes family togetherness, insha allah once this challenge is done you will have a new one to follow.
    I have an idea for you. We had a box of honey comb cereal that had ideas for use of the box after all the cereal was gone. It is a great way to teach the children about recycling/reusing. Here is the link if you want to check it out http://www.gobigfortheplanet.com/EcoFriendlyFolder/

I am happy to hear you heard one of our old recordings, its an early bird show 🙂 every wed 7-8 a.m. we are often wondering how people view it and the material we present so Im excited to hear your feedback 😀
      Every week there is a new theme to the challenge next week will be an animal theme inshaAllah and I havent annouced it yet, but its great you mentioned cereal box because thats the next challenge inshaAllah the following week!! Thanks so much for the link I will check it out, I love new ideas and parents who share great resources! Please do keep it coming
